Oh video game movies, not exactly the most revered genre in cinema. Starting from Super Mario Bros. onward, the public consensus on video game movies is that they are blatant cash grab with little to no substance beneath the flashy exterior. They aren’t wrong yet they continue to be made with at least one or two new entries every year. This year is no different with the film adaptation of Assassin’s Creed finally coming to theaters. So join us as we talk Assassin’s CreedTomb Raider, and every other mediocre adaptation in between along with a little movie called Rogue One.
