‘Steve Jobs’ Trailer: Since When Was Jobs German?

Posted in Screening Room by - May 18, 2015

Because one film about Steve Jobs wasn’t enough, the first trailer for Steve Jobs is out today and it features a very German Steve Jobs. All the wigs and turtlenecks in the world can’t cover up Michael Fassbender’s strong German accent. While that’s not to say that Fassbender won’t be able to pull off a convincing Jobs,  the film might have benefited from Christian Bale staying on as Jobs.

STEVE JOBS is directed by Academy Award® winner Danny Boyle and written by Academy Award® winner Aaron Sorkin, working from Walter Isaacson’s best-selling biography of the Apple founder. The producers are Mark Gordon, Guymon Casady of Film 360, Scott Rudin and Academy Award® winner Christian Colson.

Steve Jobs comes out October 9th.
