Acting Legend Sir Christopher Lee Passes Away at 93

Posted in The Screening Room by - June 11, 2015

Christopher Lee, one of the greatest actors of all time, has passed away. He was one of the few talents that have spanned the decades, and seemingly carved out a spot in each decade playing memorable characters. From Hammer’s Dracula to Count Dooku in Star Wars to the role that I personally will remember him for, Scaramanga in The Man with the Golden Gun. Lee did it all and was one of the few, if not the only, actor to ever star in all of the triumvirate of franchises: James BondLord of the Rings, and Star Wars. Lee would also have a stunning turn later in his life as a heavy metal guitarist, something that many fans are not aware of, but more should be. He was a man of many talents, and we have truly lost one of the greats today.
