Chris Pratt Eyed For ‘Indiana Jones’ Reboot

Posted in The Screening Room by - January 28, 2015

Disney is looking to reboot the Indiana Jones franchise with Chris Pratt as the eponymous lead. Pratt became a household name last year when he played Star Lord in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy and he is set to star in Jurassic World as well.

While nothing is finalized yet, Pratt seems to have a rocket strapped to his back in regards to new opportunities with big dollar franchises. I personally would have liked to see someone less comedy based to take up the helm of Indy, Bradley Cooper cough cough, but Pratt does fit the bill more than most. If they have to reboot Indy, which looks to be the case due to Harrison Ford’s age, Pratt is a good choice as opposed to Shia LeBouf who was Indy’s storyline son.
